Shizuka Sushi is a restaurant managed by the Gyaljong family. We offer authentic Japanese and Tibetan dishes. Our goal is to present our unique creation of Asian cuisine with an innovative twist.
We rely on traditional cooking methods, fine local products, and the culinary heritage of our ancestors. Furthermore, we take it as a personal challenge to present Asian cuisine in a fresh and new way, carrying its distinctive flavors and special regional character into the area.
